Start here: four steps for new partners

New to the program? Follow these four steps in order — each one prepares you for the next.

  1. 1

Step 1 — Share the flyer with families.

A printable flyer that introduces the program to care partners and loved ones, so families understand what a personal music set is and why familiar music matters. Everyone starts on the same page. Open the printable flyer (print it, or share the PDF with your team.)

  2. 2

Step 2 — Use our Tip Sheet.

Practical tips for bringing the headsets into your program — how to introduce them, set them up and get the most from each set. The "Tips for Headset Kit" leaders' guide appears on this page as an image and is printable — open it full-size and print, or save it to share with your team. Open the tip sheet (from the image, use your browser's Print or right-click → Save/Print for a clean paper copy.)

  3. 3

Step 3 — Discover each person's favorite music.

The Music Discovery Worksheet walks care partners and loved ones through finding and recording the songs that matter most — a meaningful conversation in itself, and the key to a headset each person will love. It's a digital/printable PDF families can complete on their own or together with your staff. Open the worksheet

  4. 4

Step 4 — Submit the Request Form.

When preferences are complete, send them through our online request form. That's the actual order form — we prepare each personalized headset from what you submit.

Watch the short training video
